A to Z Handyman Service Terms and Conditions

You, the potential or current customer will abide by the following terms and conditions and privacy policies that are listed below and will be legally bound by what is listed on our website. This website is created for ease of access for our customers, but is an AS IS website and there is no guarantee that there will not be ads, virus or malware.

** Materials estimate is just an estimate and may be subject to change due to availability and vendor/provider pricing. Material costs exceeding $200.00 will require customer payment at the time of purchase or prior to start of work. **

All labor listed in this contract is covered by a one (1) year warranty. This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and work performed. Material defects or failure, regular wear and tear, “acts of god”, or clients’ “change of mind” are not covered under this warranty. Warranty repairs do not extend the original one year warranty period. Work performed by customer or any other contractor will void one year warranty. This contract supersedes all other advertisements, previous agreement or contract, written or oral.

A to Z reserves the right to refund a portion of cost in lieu of performing warranty services.

If concealed or unknown problems are discovered during the job, the craftsman will stop all work and advise you then will wait for direction and approval from you to continue with the project.

*All payments will be made in accordance to contract terms, and are Payable only to A to Z Handyman Service.

  • Payment: Personal or cashier’s check to: A to Z Handyman Service, Returned Check: $25 fee
  • Credit/Debit card- All major credit cards accepted. All credit/debit card transactions will be subject to a 2.75% processing fee. All manually entered credit/debit card transactions will be subject to a 3.75% processing fee.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Estimate is for completing the job described as written on the contract. It is based on A to Z evaluation and does not include additional materials and/or additional labor which may be required should any unforeseen problems arise after the work has started. All changes to the original contract due to additional work or concealed damages must be made in writing dated and signed by client.
