My name is Ben Williams
Owner/Operator of A to Z Handyman Service
People will often ask me how long I have been in the business. That is one of the toughest questions I get. The only honest answer is “as long as I can remember.” My grandmother at one point owned over 110 rental properties throughout the greater Kansas City area. So to be honest I’ve been in the business since I was strong enough to swing a hammer. I learned so much, and wore many hats throughout the years working on her properties. And grandma was not an easy woman to please. Of all the things I learned, the most important was to genuinely take pride in my work and always do my best to present the best finished product possible.
That core value is exactly why I began A to Z Handyman Service. Through the years, working in various positions in the residential construction/maintenance field, I realized something… I’ve turned into my grandma! That attention to detail and professionalism is what separates A to Z from our competitors. “If I were the homeowner/customer, would I be happy with the service I am being provided?” In many cases, seeing some of the things I have seen, the answer would have been absolutely not! Let me say before I begin, this doesn’t apply to “everyone.” However nowadays it’s hard to find guys in this industry that share that same value.
